This is one of my favorite early recipes that I make at least once a week! 

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
Spinach (handful)
Garlic salt (sprinkle)
Salt (sprinkle)
Pepper (sprinkle)
Cheese (handful) 
Cook at 350 for 8-10 minutes

Top with avocado to add some healthy fat! 

Enjoy!
