It’s color identification & letter names & letter sounds & early literacy skills all combined into one simple sensory set-up.   When she first started doing this, she just played. She scooped & dumped & poured & served me up some letter soup in bowls. You can see the baby splashing around! She made some observations, but I didn’t push the letter names or the sounds.  Then she got curious & we talked about colors. Sometimes we sorted. Sometimes we made a pattern. Sometimes we talked about curvy lines & straight lines. Sometimes we said absolutely nothing.   Then she got really curious & we started talking about letter names & Letters Identification Activities, Sound Identification Activities, Color Identification Activities, Letter Identification Activities, Alphabet Line, Letter Names, Letter Identification, Letter Matching, Alphabet Cards
