I added red toile wallpaper to the center of my mom’s kitchen cabinets. The lower cabinets are painted red with ivory door pulls. I used an x-acto knife to cut the wallpaper to fit the inset part of the cabinets. Once I applied the wallpaper, we went back and applied 2 coats of clear polyurethane to the cabinets for protection during daily use.
