Easy Pretzels

1 1/2 cups warm water 
2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoons salt, plus more for topping
4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2  cups water
2 tablespoons baking soda

In a bowl add in your sugar, yeast, and warm water and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes so the yeast can activate. Once the yeast foams up in the bowl Add both flours and salt into a stand mixer or by hand. Mix for about 5 to 7 minutes.Place the dough somewhere warm so it can raise for 1 hour.
