It’s a delightful treat crafted from simple ingredients like wheat flour, ghee (clarified butter), and jaggery (unrefined sugar). To make it even healthier and gluten-free, I’ve substituted almond flour for wheat flour. Here’s more about almond sukhdi Ingredients: * 2 cups almond flour * 1 cup ghee * 1 cup jaggery * 1 tsp cardamom powder * Dry fruits for garnish Instructions: * Heat a pan and add 1 cup of ghee to it.
 * Once the ghee melts, add 2 cups of almond flour.
 * Roast the almond flour in ghee until it turns a golden brown color, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
