1 package (16 oz) refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts) 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter 3 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups pecan halves 1/4 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Press pie crusts into the bottom of the pan. Whisk corn syrup, brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Stir in pecans. Pour filling over crust and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden and set. Cool, cut, and enjoy!
