about me

my name is beaux! i’m 18 and i’ve been in the shifting community since about 2020-2021. im nonbinary and pansexual and use she/they pronouns (although i prefer they/them). over the years i’ve tried shifting to a lot of different drs. i have *not* shifted fully to any of my past or present drs. i really like scripting new realities and talking about my experiences and my plans for my drs and scripts! i want to make new shifting friends because i haven’t really had any for the past few years. i have adhd, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. i also likely have undiagnosed autism and POTS or some form of exercise induced asthma. i like to think of myself as a very open minded shifter, i respect other’s opinions even if i don’t agree because at the end of the day, what other’s do in their dr or their life in general is NOT my business.

tried an “awake method” (not really a method, just threw on subliminal and meditated with intention) and woke up two hours later in my cr. i dont remember ANYTHING from that two hours. it was relaxing though. i think awake methods are great for people who struggle falling or staying asleep i think im going to try this more.

- me five minutes ago to an essay due tonight at midnight that i started like three hours ago (it’s like 1pm).

so i dont normally nap but honestly naps + shifting attempt is so like…. different in the best way possible, for me at least. i only nap if im either really sick or really tired and today i was just exhausted and needed to lay down. so then im like, “yk what… im in my dr. im in cedric diggory’s dorm room, he saw that i was tired and let me nap in his bed while he was doing homework or something” so i put on a cedric diggory ambience heartbeat in my headphones and just closed my eyes. i didnt end up actually falling asleep. but i was laying down like that for at least an hour. and after i woke up i was so well rested. like i dont nap but that hit different.. i also didnt put pressure on myself when i was like “oh im shifting” i was kinda like “yk what im just really tired and im just gonna see what happens”
