She was one of the leading artists for the Disney Fairies book series (and one of few Disney credited). Her art shaped the brand to the point it was even featured in the end credits of the first Tinker Bell movie. Judith passed away the same year Disney Fairies series celebrates its 20th anniversary 😢
I'm sorry I didn't say it sooner, but thank you, Judith, for being my inspiration for so many years. I only wish I could've said it in person. May your soul rest in peace

does Reise ever end up learning about Valdemar's life before they were a demon?
hmmmm not a whole lot but some things. because Valdemar can’t really remember their old life to begin with. if it comes its in flashes, or things they do subconsciously, such as humming a really old song. or they might remember things from their old life (such as stories to tell to Reise) but not recognize it as being from their old life, they’re just kind of like “yeah I’ve been alive a while i probably picked it up somewhere and forgot where” and just leave it at that. their birthday is lost though, and they can’t actively remember their old name but they will as the last chains come off
My boyfriend is a preschool teacher and he was asking two boys what their dads jobs were. One of the boys said, “my dad poops on the toilet all day.” and my bf was like. Ok. And then the other boy said “i don’t know what my dads job is but he sleeps naked!” And my boyfriend is like. Ok forget I asked
ok... when I see a man in slacks and like, they're too short so they don't reach the bottom of his leg, but he's also wearing long socks so his leg is like covered... I kinda get the victorian ankle thing in those moments

i think if the courtiers had a group chat Valerius would be the mod and Valdemar would be the one who’s like NEVER active except to occasionally heart something. Vulgora might be a spammer. they’d try to start arguements. Volta would be sending chainmail and good luck posts every time she sees them. and recipies. don’t ask me why but I think Vlastomil is the type to leave the chat during an arguement for dramatic effect and then beg the mod to add him back later
