no usamerican is able to imagine that other places exist. it is forbidden to them by Underfunded Education System, a unique ailment of the usamerican people. please be mindful they will become agitated when confronted about this, through no fault of their own of course; as another illness that affects only them is Bad Political System
Is this supposed to be satire? Because this is basically the card I carry around at all times.
how are you this unashamed lmfao
americans will see a post that points out how racist they are and go “omg literally meee ^_^”
#honestly I think a gigantic amount of them (specially on this website) think “doesn’t know other countries exist” is a fun quirky trait#like a romcom protagonist who’s a little clumsy#I cannot emphasize enough how this not the case#you’re not being cute you’re being xenophobic or racist#not to mention extremely rude#you know when you’re little and you don’t get a joke and your mom goes “it’s ok sweetie they’re laughing with you and not at you”?#this is the exact opposite situation#people are either super offended or laughing at you in the worst way possible

specifically it was joe biden. joe biden killed metoo. everyone was all ‘believe victims!’ until it was a victim of the democratic candidate for president. metoo met ‘vote blue no matter who’ and vote blue no matter who won.

Hey, oomfies! This Eid, let’s spread some more love to Gaza. Grassroots orgs there are doing incredible work despite the many limitations…getting food, meds, and shelter to families who’ve lost everything. Even a few bucks can make a real difference. Donate the cost of a coffee!

throughout history, the wealthy and powerful tend to create a set of rules for themselves to follow- european gentry, for example, developed specific rules for speech, dress, eating, manners, etc etc. and to some extent these rules did restrain them, but at the same time, it gave them power- by following these rules, you show your status as someone with power, both to other powerful people, and to those of lower class. certainly there were nobles who chafed under these rules, but the vast majority of them, consciously or subconsciously, accept them as the price for power, even enjoyed performing them as a status symbol. it would be ridiculous to say that the nobility was oppressed by feudialism- they wielded incredible power and freedom to use that power to hurt others, even if they had to play by a handful of rules to do so.
this post is about men.

Lithuania is one of the countries that IKEA has been deforesting, sometimes illegally, to feed its global market. The old eastern bloc countries are often exploited by Western Europe for raw materials
