As you may know, the living conditions due to Israel’s on going attack and siege on Gaza has made it difficult for the people of Palestine. Hitting them with an onslaught of attacks to the civilian population. Hence the need for many people requesting to evacuate for the safety of their family members.

I was living in a beautiful and wonderful house, studying as a physical therapist, and living with my family and friends, But the war destroyed everything. It destroyed my beautiful house and our loving car, and robbed me of my friends and my university. I just wanted to save myself and my family and escape from Gaza before they bomb us.”

They currently are at $3,635 donations as I’m writing this and but they need $58,000 for her and family to all be evacuated and get all the things they’ll need like food, water, medicine, tents, medical needs and other basic necessities. This will help them start new lives in Cairo.


This is the first time I’ve been personally asked to help like this and to officially do this. And any help would be appreciated. Please help in anyway you can whether by donating, or even if it’s just to reblog or like spread this.

Jean Descole Valentines

I can’t even begin to explain how happy that I actual got around to and finished these on time. I’m still fighting a horrible cold that won’t leave me. But at least we have Valentines.

There are two heart shaped ones, one with no background and one with and then one traditional rectangle shaped.

The caption says: “You dazzle me more than all the stars in the sky.”

A Statistics Canada study in 2023 has found that Indigenous women in Canada are killed at a rate 6x higher than non-Indigenous women, and yet police charged 1st degree murder half as often, typically recommending manslaughter or 2nd degree.

Non-exhaustive estimates have suggested that over 4,000 indigenous women and girls (along with 600 men and boys) in Canada have gone missing between 1956 and 2016.

Hello, I’m Ola, a graduate student from the faculty of science - Al-Azhar University in Gaza Palestine. I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. As you reading my message, myself and my family, “my mother, father, three sisters, and my little brother,” are fighting death in northern Gaza and trying to survive under all kinds of suffering including but not limited to destruction, fear, and instability, starvation, thirst, and poverty.

Since 471 days until now, we have been struggling to get proper food after prices increased by 15 to 20 times, struggling to have clean water for use and drinking.

After a long and tiring effort, my Tumblr account @olasfamily has been disabled, and I have to start over. I feel sad and lost, but I don’t want to face this journey alone. I kindly ask you to share and support us; every donation and every share means a lot to me in this difficult time. Please don’t leave me to face this challenge on my own.

Fun Desmond posed in the Bostonius.

I finally got around to finishing this piece in digital. The background really gave me trouble trying to figure out where to set it and trying to practice perspective. I just settled on staging the background on the Bostonius. I also played a bit around with some brush textures in the colouring.

I hope you like it!

Sitting confidently as Phoenix tries to defend him {Anyway I’m tired but happy to have finished it! I hope it looks alright for now.}
