Storm 360 Member Info

An exclusive benefit of being a Storm 360 Member is the Ticket Exchange Program. If you can’t attend a game, you can exchange out of it to a game you can attend for additional seats (seat locations and games are subject to availability).

Please select the game date of the ticket being exchanged into, at the same time that the original ticket is being exchanged. Exchanging out of a ticket without selecting a game to be exchanged into will not be allowed.

To request a ticket exchange, please email your ticket agent directly or send us an email to storm360@stormbasketball.com at least 48 hours prior to both the game you are exchanging in and for. Your Storm ticket agent will assist you.

Tuesday, July 15 - Final deadline for 2025 season payments in full. Contact your ticket agent.

Mid-September 2026 - Full season membership renewal information to come from storm360@stormbasketball.com.

Wednesday, Oct 15 - First payment due for 2026 full season membership auto-renew.
