Add items to Books in Apple Configurator
You can create the following types of output and add them to the Books app on iPhone and iPad devices:
EPUBs
PDFs
Note: You can’t use Apple Configurator to add books purchased through Apple School Manager, Apple Business Manager, or Apple Business Essentials to devices.
In Apple Configurator
, select one or more devices that the EPUBs or PDFs will be copied to, then do one of the following:Click the Add button
in the toolbar, then select Documents.Choose Actions > Add > Documents.
Control-click the selected devices, then select Add > Documents.
Select the Books app.
Choose the documents, then click Add.
