Food We offer authentic Edomae Sushi using seasonal Seafood purchased from the market.
We use seasonal Seafood and raw bluefin tuna purchased from Toyosu Market, and cook while carefully checking the condition of the ingredients. We offer different thicknesses, cuts, and seasonings to suit the material. Sushi is woven with expert skill and features a special sushi rice made with a blend of three types of red vinegar.You can enjoy the mellow taste and aroma. The rice is ``Koshihikari'' from Kashiwa. It has no taste and is easy to eat, so we recommend eating it with just salt or sauce instead of adding soy sauce.
