Our chef, who has been dedicated to sushi for over 40 years, and highly skilled craftsmen are at their disposal. The owner himself goes to Nagahama market every morning and uses carefully selected and extremely fresh ingredients. We are also particular about the rice and vinegar used in our sushi rice. Enjoy freshly made sushi to your heart's content. We recommend the popular set ``Kami Nigiri'' where you can enjoy fresh ingredients delivered directly from the market.
