We use fish that is purchased from the market every day, so you can enjoy seasonal and fresh dishes ♪ We carefully select and purchase fresh and seasonal fish, so we offer today's recommended menu ☆ If you are interested, please feel free to contact us!
Food [Silver Shari]. We are serious about everything from the production area, quality, storage, and cooking methods.
We use Milky Queen, a rare rice from Ureshino in Saga Prefecture, and Hinohikari from Kumamoto Prefecture, which is grown due to the temperature difference in the highlands, depending on the season. We have a dedicated refrigerator for rice and store it at the right temperature for thorough management. We use the rice polishing machine installed in our store to polish only the amount of rice that we use each restaurant. We use a 2-sho rice pot to cook only 3 cups of rice each time, and when the rice is cooked, it moves freely while absorbing the nutrients from the purified water, resulting in the fluffy [Gin Shari] that we are proud of. I am serious about my feelings for Gin Shari.
