The owner, who has 18 years of experience as a Sushi chef at the famous restaurant [Sushi /Kappo Edo Gin], creates Sushi kaiseki that incorporates plenty of seasonal ingredients. The ingredients we use are mainly sourced from the Kyushu region and Yamaguchi prefecture, including ``Saga beef'' from Saga Prefecture, where the owner is from. The two recommended courses (5,000 yen and 7,000 yen) are made up of seasonal specialties such as sashimi, grilled dishes, and nigiri. The contents change all the time, so you can discover new deliciousness every time you visit.

Check out the ``Dolce'' made by a pastry chef with 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Each colorful and satisfying dish is made with ingredients from the Kyushu region and delicate craftsmanship, and each dish is exquisite! The glass-walled interior is a high-quality Japanese space with a pleasant warmth of wood. We are particular about not only the interior design but also the tableware, and you can enjoy the transparent color of Arita ware "Fukagawa Seiji". There are 12 seats at a U-shaped counter where you can watch the cooking process, and 6 seats at tables. In addition to celebrating anniversaries, dining, and entertaining guests, we are also welcome to use it as a second home or for a casual evening drink!
