It's a kind of hybrid between Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and hotpot. The meat is grilled in the center, and vegetables and Seafood are boiled on the edge. The soup becomes richer and richer with the meat juices and Seafood stock that flow out. It was my first time eating it, but I'm addicted. There are two types of sauce: sweet and spicy red and sour and spicy green. The red is similar to sweet chili sauce, but it is less sweet than the ones I usually eat and is delicious. The green has a refreshing taste that is typical of Thailand. Personally, I think it could be spicier. There is a procedure or trick to eating it, and my husband will demonstrate how to eat it the first time. If you love traveling, it's fun to have a lively conversation about travel. I checked social media and it seems that there will be a day when you can eat the owner's (wife's) special Khao Man Gai. I'd like to try it someday. Thank you for the meal.
