The eel we purchase from Osumi Unagi (Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture) is carefully grilled over Bincho charcoal. It goes perfectly with rice cooked in Nanbu ironware.

Food takeaway
Eel from Kagoshima Prefecture that has been carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal and [Akihonami] selected by our rice masters are cooked all at once in a Nanbu ironware once your order is received! The eel is delicious, but so is the rice! ! It will take 15 to 20 minutes from the time you place your order, so if you call us in advance, we can have your order ready at your designated time.
