The most recommended dish is the signature "Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)" (grilled chicken skewers). This is a masterpiece made with local chicken and slowly grilled over charcoal. Enjoy the fragrant outside and juicy inside taste to your heart's content! There are plenty of other mouthwatering dishes, such as the hearty "half-fried chicken" and the "homemade tongue carpaccio" that you can eat in no time.
