We use Sanmoto pork grown in the Kirishima Plateau and Ebino Plateau, which straddles the prefectural border between Kagoshima and Miyazaki at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters, and which is snowy in the winter even in Kyushu. [What is Sangenbuta?] It means that it is a cross between three types of pigs, and at our store it is a cross between three breeds: (Great Yorkshire x Landrace) x Duroc.

Each room has 3 tables, accommodating up to 12 people. One of the rooms features tatami seating. By removing the partitions, we can accommodate a maximum of 36 guests. The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and strollers, and there is a wheelchair-friendly restroom available. We have monitors installed for presentations and screenings as well.

There are three types of draft beer: Super Dry, Heartland, and Shirahonoka. There are 6 types of beer from major manufacturers and 30 types of local beer.
