We offer a variety of traditional Szechuan Cuisine. The classic "Mabo tofu" has evolved to the present day while inheriting the flavor from when the company was founded 60 years ago. Among them, ``Masamune Mapo Tofu'' is a popular dish made with beef, garlic leaves, and Japanese pepper. The deep aroma of spices and numbness are truly addictive. Also, as a finishing touch, we recommend ``Okoge ryori'', where you pour gomoku bean paste over the top of the earthenware pot. You can also enjoy the production of popping sounds.
