There are many soba restaurants in the Tsujido Chigasaki area, each with their own unique style which is fun. The flavors clash, with different personalities such as the sweetness or spiciness of the soup, the texture of the soba, and the choice of favorite ingredients. Among them, Masudaya is our family's top pick. The soup is light with a strong dashi flavor. This time I chose the pork and eggplant gravy steamer. Why do pork and eggplant go so well together? Tempura which uses seasonal vegetables, is also highly recommended. Another nice thing about this soba restaurant is that they serve free soft-boiled eggs when you order a meal. Overall, this is a well-balanced and delicious soba restaurant.

しょっちゅう行ってる増田屋さんですが、飲みメニューもなかなか充実してます。
定番の板わさや天ぷらはもちろん、揚げ出し豆腐に納豆乗ったやつがめちゃくちゃ美味いんです。
お蕎麦は今回は豚肉と茄子のつけ汁せいろ。豚と茄子ってなんか最高のコンビですよね。そこにお蕎麦。美味しくないわけがない。
昼から飲んで食べてお腹いっぱい。
満足感は高いです。
