It all starts with a visit to the producers, including Kyoto's Nanaya Kamo, Iwate's Tankaku Beef and Shirokane Pork, the heart of Omi Beef, game meat from Tamba Sasayama, Shimane, seafood delivered directly from Kochi's fishing port, and contract farmers from Fushimi. Since the menu changes based on the ingredients we source, you can enjoy the unique aspect of never having the same menu twice. Additionally, every Friday, you can indulge in a la carte dishes that are not included in the course.
SpaceEnjoy Italian Cuisine food on tatami mats in a 100-year-old Kyomachiya
The 100-year-old Kyomachiya has a courtyard, a Japanese-style room, tatami mats, a kotatsu-style counter, and a small raised area with a Taisho modern feel and 14 seats. Since the number of guests is small, it can also be used as a private Restaurants. There is a large table for two people, so you can have a relaxing time, and the best part is that you can watch the pasta being made right in front of you at the sunken kotatsu counter, or the meat being grilled over charcoal. We try to get closer to our customers by talking with them.

We proactively purchase vintage wines, natural wines, domestic wines, and Italian wines that are interesting and rare, without discrimination.
