Betayaki, a familiar dish in Kyoto, is a Hiroshima-style thin crust topped with cabbage, bean sprouts, green onions, and soba noodles. With the desire to "convey the betayaki beloved in Kyoto's downtown area to the modern era," our restaurant offers our own evolved version of betayaki, the "Chuchuyaki." It is a dish we are proud of, made with carefully selected ingredients and a special sweet and spicy sauce, and comes in a wide variety of versions, including pork, squid, and mixes. We also have teppanyaki dishes such as Okonomiyaki, Hiroshimayaki, and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), so please come and enjoy them.
