所用で初めて仙台に行ってきました。

仙台ときたら「牛タン」でしょ！ってことでお邪魔したのは「旨味太助」さん。仙台駅からは少し離れているかな？

お昼過ぎに伺いましたが、タイミングよく待たずに入店できましたよ。回転率がよいので並んでいてもそれほど待たずに入れそうです。

定食の「Bセット」2,000円を注文しました。タンは5枚で、テールスープ、麦飯、野菜漬物がついてきます。

牛タンの焼き方は創業当時からの焼き方の炭火焼きです。お肉は大きめで弾力があってお塩がよくきいてます。ご飯がすすむ〜。
麦飯とはいうものの、それほど麦の感じはしないかな？硬めのご飯です。
お肉は5枚ですが、1枚が大きくて肉厚なのでお腹いっぱいになりました。
テールスープは程よい塩加減でお肉も入って具沢山です。ネギがシャキシャキでとっても美味しい(๑>◡<๑)

大満足なランチでした。仙台にきたらおすすめですね。
