この日のディナーは心斎橋にある『しゃぶ亭清水町店』へ行って来ました。
実はこの日は知人夫婦にこちらの店に連れて行って頂きまして、大変美味しいしゃぶしゃぶ料理を頂く事が出来ました！
感謝！シェイシェイ！
ちなみに僕はこの日がしゃぶ亭デビューでした。
知人曰く「ここのゴマだれが無性に食べたくなる時があるねん！」との事。
僕もとても楽しみでした。
店に入ると入り口のすぐ横にゴマだれの製造機が。
何でも22種類のスパイスから造られているんだそうです。
これは期待大。
店内はかなり広くて2階に通してもらいました。
頼んだメニューは「牛しゃぶジャンボコース」（3,465円）です。
コースの内容としては、食前酒、野菜の盛り合わせ、肉、うどん、デザートになります。
まずは、食前酒の梅酒が出て来ました。
これをクイッと飲むと、この店の名物の「ごまダレ」が出て来ました。
おー、これが！
ちょっと箸をつけて舐めてみましたが、美味い！
これは確かに美味いです！
ごまの風味はもちろんですが、市販のゴマだれであればドロドロで味が濃い物がほとんどですが、こちらのゴマだれはさらりとしていて、それでいてコクも味の深みもあります。
更にねぎや一味唐辛子を入れる事で更に美味しさアップ！
これを牛肉につけて食べたらそら美味いですわ！笑
そして「野菜の盛り合わせ」が出て来ました。
そして出て来たのはお待ちかねの「牛しゃぶ」です。
薄く大きめに切られた牛しゃぶは綺麗な赤身で良い感じに脂が乗っています。
せっかくなんでもうちょっとアップで。
で、これを一人一つずつ用意された鍋でサッと火を通して、ゴマだれにつけて頂きます。
美味しー！に決まってます！笑
このゴマだれはなかなか中毒性がありますね。
少し鍋の茹で汁で少し薄くなってしまったらすぐに注ぎ出して薬味を入れて美味しいゴマだれをずっと楽しんでいました。笑
そしてこのゴマだれはめちゃめちゃご飯が食べたくなるんですが、頼まない（というより頼めない）理由が締めに「うどん」が出て来るからです。
これでお腹の具合もちょうど良い感じ。
最後にはデザートの「アイス」も。
口の中もスッキリしてフィニッシュ。
最後まで気の利いたとっても満足のコースメニューでした。
これはまた行きたいお店です！
