Reducing food waste
[Grape Sea Urchin] - Sea urchins raised on a diet of grape pomace - Sea urchins are considered pests and have no choice but to be exterminated or discarded, so they are farmed on land to eat unfermented grape pomace that would otherwise be discarded from wineries, and once they have grown fat, they are served in Restaurants as "Grape Sea Urchin Pasta."
Using sustainable ingredients
[Vinaccia Pasta] A pasta unique to Restaurants attached to the winery, which is made by kneading the ``Vinaccia'' (the residue after fermentation) produced during wine production into a powder. Upcycled ways to use other than fragrant grappa, which is made by distilling the pomace at our own distillery.
Community involvement
[Children's Cafeterias Activities] On the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Wednesdays of every month, we provide meals at "Shima⭐︎Room," which operates a children's Cafeterias in Shimanouchi. Children's Cafeterias Shima☆Room is a safe and secure place for children in Shimanouchi, Chuo Ward, Osaka City, where we provide meals to children who eat dinner alone.

We thought that by opening a winery in the middle of the city, we could connect the land, the winery, and people, and make wine more part of everyday life.

The vineyard is located in Kashiwara City, about 30 minutes by car from Osaka city, and is managed by the company. The grapes are painstakingly made by hand and brought to the brewery, where everything from brewing to bottling is done by ourselves.
