Born in Tokyo, raised in Saitama Prefecture, graduated from Komaba Gakuen High School, food department. After graduating, he spent 10 years at a long-established authentic Edomae sushi restaurant in Setagaya Ward, learning the basics of work and customer service, and also gained experience as a store manager. After that, I spent five years at a famous sushi restaurant that started in Chuo Ward and expanded worldwide, where I learned not only about high-ranking tuna and sushi, but also about a wide variety of global customer service. At our long-awaited store, which opened in Ginza, we deliver the highest quality products that make the most of the techniques we have gained from our extensive experience.
