We start with a colorful variety of appetizers, followed by fresh sashimi delivered directly from Misaki Port in Kanagawa Prefecture, Tempura made with our own blend of taiko and sesame oil, and Teppan-yaki of carefully selected wagyu beef. To finish off, we will serve seasonal Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) cooked in a hagama pot, with the aroma rising from the pot. Enjoy the best of both worlds with carefully selected wines and sake from all over Japan.
