We deliver juicy Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) grilled using Bincho charcoal using the skills of master craftsmen. Two types of meat are purchased in the form of whole chickens: Kaiji Shamo from Nakamura Farm in Yamanashi Prefecture and Okukuji Shamo from Ibaraki Prefecture. You can taste various parts. Please ask the chef about the rare parts of the day. Seasoning is provided with salt or sauce depending on the ingredients. We use a blend of 4 types of salt, including Setouchi, French, Okinawa, and Alps, to give you just the right amount of salt for grilling. We also have seasonal vegetable skewers.

The extremely fresh meat is carefully prepared from whole chickens. Ramen that uses the chicken bones from that occasion for its soup is also a special dish.
