Our restaurant sources "Ezo deer" from Toyotomi Town, Hokkaido, which is outstanding in both quality and freshness. The specialty is the "lava stone grill," which is grilled over a spectacular flame to lock in the flavor. The savory flavor and moist, soft texture are exquisite. Another attraction is that it does not have the odor typical of wild game, and is healthy and nutritious. Enjoy this exquisite dish made with Japan's top-level venison to your heart's content!
