Starting with the Ginza head office in 2013, we have opened overseas restaurant in Hawaii, Los Angeles, New York, and Shanghai one after another. We are spreading the traditional "Sushi" of Japan to the world. There was a lot of interest from overseas media, and the New York store received a star in just six months after opening. In 2019, we received two stars at the same time as the Los Angeles store. At our restaurant, you can enjoy dishes that you can't taste anywhere else at about half the price of the Ginza main store.

Enjoy Edomae sushi that takes time to boil, grill, and pickle. The head chef uses carefully selected first-class ingredients, such as Yamayuki's tuna, which was sold at the first auction in 2023, and hairy crab shipped directly from the farm, and uses his skillful craftsmanship to prepare them. In addition, please enjoy sushi made with seasonal fish purchased from Toyosu every morning, as well as a la carte dishes.
