[Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)] was opened in Kokubunji by former professional baseball player Susumu Nakanowatari and was loved by many people. It was sadly closed about five years ago. Our company's president, Hayashi, who met Mr. Nakanowatari at Kokubunji and got to know him well, inherited the restaurant's taste and spirit and relaunched it as [Kyushu Cuisine Second Generation Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)].
