Our specialty and original menu is a gorgeous arrangement of green onion, crab, sea urchin, salmon roe, and flying fish on top of kappamaki. We named it ``Red Fuji Sushi'' because of its towering red appearance. The portion is large enough to be shared by 4 to 5 people and only costs 1,500 yen! (1,650 yen including tax) Would you like it as a finishing dish for a drinking party?

We always have over 15 types of sake available, including local and seasonal sake that go well with the dishes that are a must-have for sake lovers.

Our motto is to purchase seafood as cheaply as possible and return that amount to our customers. The best example is ``Nodoguro.'' The standard size is just under 200g, but we always have items over 300g available. What's more, Ichio is available at a very reasonable price of 1,980 yen (2,178 yen including tax), about 1/3 of the price at restaurants in Tokyo.

...ukiji, and is prepared in a variety of ways to bring out the best in each ingredient. We always have 15 types of sake recommended by the owner, and you can enjoy any of them at 90cc for 450 yen. Please enjoy the high quality and freshest sashimi and fish dishes, which we pride ourselves on being the best in the Fuchu area, with alcohol.
