Course meal starts at ¥2,000 excluding tax. Please feel free to come by yourself or with children. We have also started offering half sizes.
At Chinese Chokoen, we prioritize safety, health, and peace of mind. We make our own sweet vinegar sauce with ume vinegar and ume paste, homemade chili sauce, homemade XO sauce, a secret homemade miso
..., and a homemade mayonnaise. We use Chinkiang vinegar and Takatsu salt, as well as cane sugar. Our ingredients include seasonal vegetables from Kodaira, domestically sourced vegetables, pork, beef, and chicken from Japan, and Japanese chicken broth. We use canola oil (cholesterol-free) for cooking, and our rice and brown rice are also domestically sourced.
