Unlike yakiniku restaurants, beef tongue specialty Yakiniku (Grilled meat) do everything by hand, from peeling the skin to slicing the tongue to slicing it. This craftsmanship is used to prepare the beef tongue, which is then hand-sprinkled with salt, and the seasoned beef tongue is left to mature in the refrigerator for 3-4 days to bring out the flavor. The finished beef tongue is then quickly grilled using the far-infrared effect of the charcoal fire, a craftsmanship that is sure to please customers who dine on it. Please give it a try.
