2022年1月10日、友人と2名で初訪問。
こちらのお店、年末伺った新宿の『韓国焼肉 萬和苑』さんの姉妹店で、その時頂いた感動ものの海鮮スンドゥブクッパが忘れられません。
場所も、萬和苑さんとエントランスを挟んで左側になります。
ちなみに店名の“豚ブザ”(トンブザ)とは、韓国語で、“大金持ち!”という縁起の良い店名だとか。
店内は、韓国居酒屋らしいカジュアルで明るい雰囲気です。
お通しは、もやしナムル。
お料理が来るまでのあてに丁度良いです。
頂いたお料理は、
『キンマリ』(580円)…前回お隣を訪問した際、メニューには、もちもち食感と書いてありましたが、正体は不明ままで、今回真っ先に頼みました。
正体は、春雨を海苔で巻いて、薄い衣を付けて揚げたものでした。
特製のたれにつけて頂きます。
歯触りが面白い。
『チーズボール』(580円)…お店のオススメの一品。
まん丸で、ほぼチーズの塊です。
チーズ好きにはにたまりません。
『チャンジャ』(680円)…ちょっと大ぶりなチャンジャです。
チャンジャはご存知の通り、鱈の内臓の韓国風塩辛。
酒のあてには一番。
『サムギョプサル』(一人前1380円)…サンチュ付。
どーんとデカい分厚い豚バラを巻いたものがにびっくり。
サムギョプサルというと豚バラの薄切りのイメージがありますが、こちらのは、厚みが2cmくらいはあります。
付け合わせは、厚切りにんにくと白菜キムチと玉ねぎ。
店員さんが、石板の上で手早く切り分けてくれます。
つけだれは、塩ごま油とコチュジャン。
そのまま食べるには塩ごま油で、サンチュに巻いて食べるなら、コチュジャン。 どちらにせよ、美味い!
『海鮮スンドゥブチゲ』(1080円)…前回、海鮮スンドゥブクッパを頂いて、物凄く美味しかったので、今回は、〆にチゲを頂きました。
これも、本当に美味い。
辛さに、旨味が勝っています。
今まで食べてきたチゲって何なんだろう?
『チーズキムチチヂミ』(1280円)…チゲで〆たはずが、友人の食欲は収まらずこれを頂きました(笑)
分厚く乗っているチーズと、白菜キムチのテクスチャが、食べた感があって満足満腹。
『水冷麺』(980円)…友人は、更に冷麺が食べたいと所望するのには呆れました(笑)
細麺で、しこしことした歯触りは楽しい。
汁は若干酸味が強すぎですが、さっぱり。
『白桃タルト』(580円)…白桃がたっぷり。
でもカチンコチンに凍ってました(笑)

年末のお隣の萬和苑さんでも『豚ブザ』さんのメニューを一部を頂けましたが、今回はフルコンタクトで、楽しかったです。
明るいお店で、本格的な韓国料理をリーズナブルに頂けるので、少人数のグループや女子会などにぴったりだと思います。
