Thank you! i used Kyle’s wet charcoal brushes available from Photoshop CC and Wootha’s brushes from here
but during former champion’s creation, i switched over to Clip Studio Paint for a while and used RoastedStix brush set which produced similar feels and result!
All of them (except Kyle’s, if you don’t have PS CC subscription) are free and i highly recommend everyone to try!
