Gargent 087.0 Kappa, also known as Strata 22, is a universe in the Gargent universal cluster.

In this universe, the Renegades led by Cy-Kill formed an alliance with Gog of Moebius, setting up a series of bases on the planet that were draining Moebius dry of energy. This alteration to Moebius's geometry turned it into a crude Dimensional Interfacer, causing a series of environmental disasters on the Cybertron of Primax 085.0 Eta.

Determining that something in the 22nd Strata was threatening their homeworld, the Spy Changers, a team of six Autobots led by Optimus Prime, traveled to the 22nd Strata to investigate. However, they were attacked by the local Guardians, who mistakenly presumed them to be Renegades, and rescued by the actual Renegades, who presumed them to be potential allies. The Guardians captured Silverstreak while the Renegades brought the other Autobots to their flagship, the Rogue Star. Cy-Kill attempted to court the Autobots as allies, but Optimus Prime deduced from Cy-Kill's demeanor that he was lying. Prime sent Jazz to discover the truth, and the alliance between the Renegades and Gog came to light. Prime then sent Prowl to make contact with Guardian leader Leader-1, and as Silverstreak had already made inroads in convincing the Guardians of the Autobots' good intentions, a secret Spy Changer-Guardian alliance was formed. Meanwhile aboard the Rogue Star, Wheeljack discovered that Renegade operations on Moebius were what was threatening Cybertron. Hoist was able to remotely trigger the self-destruct failsafes which Dr. Braxis had built into the bases, ending the crisis. Cy-Kill was furious, but in the ensuing battle, the Spy Changers and Guardians' combined might forced the Renegades to retreat. Optimus and Leader-1 shook hands as a symbol of the Autobot-Guardian friendship before the Spy Changers returned to their home reality.

The Cybertronians and GoBots would have further encounters. At one point, Wheeljack and Trailbreaker traveled to the 22nd Strata to assist Guardians Nick and Tri-Trak, who were stranded on their Earth after the Renegades sealed out the Guardians with an Embargo Field. They successfully took out the Embargo Field, foiling the Renegades' plans. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/30
