Spacebridge Memorial Park
From Transformers Wiki

Built in San Francisco upon the site of the last battle of the Transformers' war on Earth, Spacebridge Memorial Park stands as a monument to all those lost in the conflict. Whether they be Autobot, Decepticon, or human, all those who died are represented in the form of either their name etched onto the Memorial's stone walls or through a Cybertronian remembrance flower. At the center of the park is a holographic recreation of the AllSpark, along with a statue of Megatron depicting the moment he hurled the artifact through the spacebridge.
The memorial sits atop the former Decepticon lair, which originally powered the spacebridge to Cybertron and held the AllSpark when it was in Decepticon hands.

Despite the bad memories the place held for him, Megatron paid a visit to Spacebridge Memorial Park each year on the anniversary of the war's end, in order to properly honor those who had fallen. Transformers EarthSpark The Official Guidebook
On the 15th anniversary, Megatron took the young Terrans to the park, along with their human siblings. By bringing them along, he intended to teach them about Cybertron's war and its heavy cost so that the young bots might not repeat their predecessors' mistakes. His lesson was interrupted, however, by the return of the long dormant Shockwave, who vowed to make sure the war would continue. Once Shockwave was dealt with and taken off into custody, Megatron gave some final words of wisdom to the Terrans, telling them not to let themselves be divided like Autobots and Decepticons became but to be better than they ever were. Notes
- The park seems to take inspiration from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
