Regeneration One

Jhiaxus was seated in the High Chamber on the Throneworld when Rook reported in from Cresta Superior that someone using Allspark energy had beaten them there. Surmising that their "ancestors" were responsible, Jhiaxus decided that a confrontation was now inevitable. Destiny, Part One After his visit to Cybertron, Jhiaxus returned to the Throneworld to await the Autobot attack he anticipated and, having already taken steps to protect the Hub, ordered a counterattack so effective that Rodimus Prime was left with no choice but to surrender. The War to End All Wars, Part 3

With most of the Autobot forces incarcerated in The Corral, Jhiaxus brought Rodimus Prime to the High Chamber to offer those Autobots unmodified by alien technology the chance to join the Cybertronian Empire. Before Prime could reply, the Wreckers struck in the Hub's "slam rail" transit system and angered, Jhiaxus ordered the executions of four Autobots. Rodimus admitted that the Wreckers were operating dark and that he was unable to recall them, but Jhiaxus was soon further distracted by the arrival of the Ark/Shockwave and ultimately the Underbase-powered Starscream, who sucked the life force right out of his body. After Rodimus freed the surviving Autobots from the Corral, they evacuated the Throneworld before Shockwave and the Wreckers' attacks shook the entire Hub Network to pieces.
