To be precise, I harbor no grudges against you or the Blaze Hounds. On paper, the Blaze Hounds sounds commendable. However, I can not allow the cycle to repeat itself. Should the Blaze Hounds succeed, will society continue to stagnate? Surely, you must realize the HSPC's influence can not remain unchallenged.
