Back when I lived in the woods outside town one of my neighbors played bagpipes. You'd hear it coming through the trees every once in a while, especially in the winter

If I want to get some cardio done I'll climb a mountain! Set the treadmill on the highest incline, and go 1000ft up! It's really nice and chill

If I want strength and I just want to feel good about myself, it'll be lots of arms. Just to feel powerful. As a treat. ❤❤
