Nader told me that usually he would go visit his family for Eid, but this year is different.
Nader @abdalsalam2000 is only seventeen years old, and has been working hard every day to fundraise for his family which includes his father Ahmed who has cancer and urgently needs treatment, and his one year old niece Iman. After being displaced more than nine times, they were finally able to return to their home in Northern Gaza after the ceasefire came into effect in january, only to find their childhood home and everything they had destroyed.
I’ve been helping Nader with his campaign for several months, and I want to tell you that he is a very kind, hard working young man with many dreams and things he wants to do, that the occupation has taken from him. He’s only seventeen and should be in school, but he has to spend his time trying to ask for help online instead just for the survival of his family. This is difficult work, but of course he does it because he loves his family. Him and his family deserve food, safety, and happiness. Please show him that we care about them and that we are listening and see what is happening to them
Their previous campaign was very close to reaching their goal thanks to all of Nader’s hard work reaching out to people for help and advocating for his family and spreading information about the events in Gaza as it was happening, but gofundme stopped transfers from that campaign and they had to start over.
If you have anything to give today, your donation would mean the world to them. You have a chance to help support this family through this. Losing the first gofundme was a devastating blow to their campaign, but you can help them by supporting this one to make up for the lost funds.

Something that feels the most frustrating when trying to spread fundraisers on here is that posts will get thousands of notes, get daily interactions, but the campaign in question only gets one or two donations a week. I know it's been said before, but I really need you to remember that notes are not any sort of concrete representation of support. Please take a few moments out of your day to actually click the links to campaigns you see, and truly consider if you're able to donate. If every person who saw a donation post donated just one dollar, these campaigns would have met their goals months ago. We have a responsibility to each other. Palestinians need concrete, material support. Please do your part.
You can start with my friend Dina. I've been helping her fundraise for months and lately she's been getting two, one donation a week. She has two very young children, who need milk and diapers and food. If you're able please help her and her children.

Srinagar’s historic Jamia Masjid and Eidgah were locked by authorities on Monday to block worshipers from Eid prayers. Kashmir’s chief cleric and chairman of Hurriyat Conference, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who was supposed to lead the prayer, was placed under house arrest.
The decision to disallow the Eid prayers at the Jamia Masjid comes days after authorities locked the mosque for the Shab-e-Qadr and Jummat-ul-Vida prayers. Since 2019, Jamia Masjid has consistently remained closed for Eid prayers.
“I am deeply pained and strongly condemn the authorities decision to once again deny the Muslims of Kashmir the basic right to offer Eid prayers at Eidgah and Jama Masjid which have been closed down and I have been detained at home,” Farooq wrote on X along with a video statement.
Closing the crossings for the third day in a row
3 days ago, the occupation closed the crossings leading to the Gaza Strip, which led to preventing the entry of aid, food, medicine and fuel to Gaza.
Although they are negotiating for this, the occupation is considered starvation, it may be the weapon of this stage, so it closed the crossings to put pressure on negotiators.
What does it mean to close the crossings, not getting enough food, not operating hospitals due to lack of fuel, not entering aid to poor families.
This is the most dangerous part of this war, we live in a large prison here in Gaza, the occupation controls us when it feeds us and when we are hungry!!!
On the other hand, traders raise the prices of existing food because of their lack of availability significantly, so we are facing more than one war.

Baby Ayla and her family were in their tent today when the IOF suddenly appeared and began firing on the tents. The family barely escaped with their lives, a bullet having narrowly missed baby Ayla’s head!
They had to leave their tent and most of their possessions, which are now under IOF control and are irrecoverable.
They are currently on the street, with no tent, no blankets, no food, and no clothes other than what they were wearing when they had to flee for their lives. They are literally just sitting in the dirt under the night sky.
Ayla’s mother Bashaer @bshaeromars-blog is trying to get Ayla to sleep, but Ayla is too cold and uncomfortable. The low temperature in Gaza tonight is just 47 F or 8 C. They are starving, freezing, and totally without resources. They DESPERATELY need funds for a tent, food, and other basic necessities!! The tent alone is $3000
