I am close friends with the Al-Habil family, whose situation I have discussed under our “#ibtisam al habil” tag. There is still a lot of concern for the youngest child Nour, who is a disabled teen about whose situation you can learn more under our “#Nour Al habil” tag.

Torrential rains have flooded the streets of Gaza and all but destroyed the family’s tent. They are inundated with freezing, extremely contaminated water, which is extremely dangerous for 15 y/o Nour.

Nour is immunocompromised due to her heart condition. These flood waters carry gangrene, cholera, and polio bacteria among numerous others, as well as many viruses and pollutants.

We were about halfway through raising the funds for the tent when Nour’s mother, Ibtisam, suffered a herniated disc after sustaining an injury while moving a barrel of water. She is in severe pain, and can barely move. This is not only miserable and unhealthy for her, it also prevents her from caring for Nour.

In addition to the ongoing $2,000 USD needed for shelter, the family now needs $300 USD (about $433 CAD) to help Ibtisam manage her pain and be able to move.

New temporary goal: $52,971 CAD

Currently: $50,804 CAD

Need to raise: $2,167 CAD (about $1,500 USD)

VERY URGENT SUPPORT NEEDED!! Teen girl in danger of organ failure!!!!

An unknown individual hacked the family’s bank account and stole $1000 about to be used for Nour’s treatment!!

Nour needs to receive this treatment IMMEDIATELY!!!! The treatment costs $800 USD, about $1,142 CAD. We need to raise this money URGENTLY or young Nour could go into HEART FAILURE!!

PLEASE donate what you can, and share the family’s campaign as widely as possible!! Copy and paste this link across all your social media platforms and ask your followers and friends for support!! LINK: https://www.gofundme.com/f/4qzqg-help-a-family-from-gaza

The war has returned once again, and we have been forced to flee by the occupation forces. My family and I have no shelter, no food, and nowhere to turn. Please, extend a helping hand to us and my little daughter in this time of need.😔😔😢😢🙏

They asked us to evacuate again. Please do not hesitate to help me, even with a small donation🫂💔

Baby Ayla and her family were in their tent today when the IOF suddenly appeared and began firing on the tents. The family barely escaped with their lives, a bullet having narrowly missed baby Ayla’s head!

They had to leave their tent and most of their possessions, which are now under IOF control and are irrecoverable.

They are currently on the street, with no tent, no blankets, no food, and no clothes other than what they were wearing when they had to flee for their lives. They are literally just sitting in the dirt under the night sky.

Ayla’s mother Bashaer @bshaeromars-blog is trying to get Ayla to sleep, but Ayla is too cold and uncomfortable. The low temperature in Gaza tonight is just 47 F or 8 C. They are starving, freezing, and totally without resources. They DESPERATELY need funds for a tent, food, and other basic necessities!! The tent alone is $3000

Currently: $40,469

New temporary goal: $43,469 USD

Please send anything you can so baby Ayla and her family can survive the night!!

NO SUPPORT IN A WHOLE WEEK!!!

Bashaer and Ayla returned to their home in north Gaza, but as you can see, it was rendered uninhabitable by the IOF:

They are still living on the street, still without shelter, and still in desperate need of your support for food, medical care, and repairing their home to the point where it is livable again.

We are setting a low temporary goal to try to restart donations. Please help a young widow and her baby rebuild their lives❤️‍🩹

Need to raise: $245 USD

BASHAER AND AYLA’S HOUSE WAS BOMBED AGAIN—WITH THEM INSIDE

THE VIEW FROM THEIR HOUSE RIGHT NOW👆🏼

Their home, already severely damaged by prior IOF attacks, is in even worse condition now. They want to evacuate away from the principal attack zone, but they are completely without money.

Without funds for transportation and additional support, they will be forced to move by foot through an active war zone! Until they can evacuate, they are trapped in their crumbling home, which has already been bombed and remains in the IOF’s target area!

Please help them find something akin to safety!!

The situation in northern Gaza is very frightening. The world is now celebrating Eid al-Fitr, and in Gaza we see death every minute. We only want to live in peace. 😢😢💔 Please help me with a donation so I can survive.

Relief for Rafah community kitchen needs funds to provide people with water and hygienic supplies.

With crossings closed and prices rising, basic supplies are out of the reach of many families. R4R is buying supplies in bulk and distributing them for free. In the past they have distributed packages including pasta, oil, vegetables, medicine, and water, and provided cash aid to orphans.

The latest initiative provided packages of cleaning supplies and basic hygiene items: shampoo, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, and menstrual pads.

You can contribute by donating to the project's chuffed campaign:

Ramadan Kareem 🕌✨🌒

There's another fundraiser that's low on funds that I'd like to spotlight. Sojood is a master's student and the 23-year-old mother of a sick 2-year-old boy. She and her child need money for food, water, and medicine.

Mohammed Abu Alwan, who helps distribute aid for Relief for Rafah, has met this woman and her child in person, and so this fundraiser is vetted by association:

current stats: $4,320 / $30,000 (last donation made 4 days ago)

$4,820 / $30,000

please keep sharing and donating.
