Every issue of transvestia magazine, which ran from the 60’s through to the 80’s is available through the uVic archives. It was a groundbreaking publication for the crossdressing and later the transgender community. Check it out.

hi guys!!! this is kind of embarrassing to ask but i need help paying off my utilities & getting groceries. after paying off my other bills + taxes i only have $20 to my name right now and my utilities are overdue. my utility bill is $81 and i was hoping to get $50 to get groceries to last me to the next pay period. if anyone could help out that would be great. i can make you a collage in return as well if you’d like!

“Miracle on the Mountain” by Clarence Schmidt. Clarence Schmidt was locally and nationally renowned outsider artist -  an iconic pioneer of monumental environmental sculpture. His ongoing life’s work, the “Miracle on the Mountain,” was constructed of found objects and recycled materials between the years 1940-1972, which evolved on the back slope of Ohayo Mountain, in Woodstock NY.
