can you tell us about your Violentine princess and knight au?? I've seen some art on it but you never explained it
i only really had vague ideas about it. mostly i just wanted to put them in little outfits for halloween
the general concept was: clem as princess to the royal family, who doesnt like it and questions the status quo. vi hiding her identity as one of the palace guards, just trying to lay low and do her job. a coup is executed on the royal family, resulting in clem as the sole survivor, with vi helping her to escape. now as the last remaining heir, with the only person left she can trust to help her, clem and vi are on the run from those who want them dead
as they learn to live with each other, they start to open up to each other in ways they were never able to in their old lives. and together they learn to find their true selves, building respect and falling for each other at the same time
and as their travels bring them into contact with a separate resistance group with a focus for community, clem sees another world really is possible. in the end dissolving the monarchy and helping pave the way for a more collective government for the people

Here’s a thing that happened to one of my friends. I was there.
Basically, we were walking down the sidewalk, talking about something meaningless. I think it had to do with a movie. Then this bus screeches up, stops next to us, and a bunch of people with “Down with Cis” shirts climbed out and started beating him up. I was punched and kicked a bit too, but I managed to avoid brutalization by going for their faces. After figuring out what’s happening, I started attacking them back, getting them off of him. He was quite injured but I called 911 and he made a full recovery at the hospital. I was fine, with only a cut on my arm that they patched up.

It's an official petition through the Australian Government's e-petition page, which means if it gets enough signatures, it will be tabled in government.
You do have to be an Australian citizen to sign it, BUT!!! PLEASE REBLOG THIS EVEN IF YOURE NOT, because these kind of things have a roll-on effect, and if Australia legislates LED headlights, then other countries may follow.
FYI, the petition asks only for your name and email, and once you've clicked the sign button, they'll send you an email to confirm your signature --- you need to click the confirmation link in the email to have your signature counted.
