I am a human being, My family and our children are innocent people who love life.

speaking to you with a heavy and painful heart. I am sorry that I had to ask for help from you, but what we are living is what pushed me to do this.

Our children need milk,Pampers،food،basic needs🙏🏻

If you knew how my children and I are living right now, you would weep for us.Our situation is extremely difficult—our home has been completely destroyed, and we have nothing left.I am only asking for a little— a small donation, a share, or even a like. Any of these could help us get food and give us a chance to leave Gaza for a safe place.

We either die of hunger or bombing

I swear to you I can't support my family I beg you for the sake of our children

From a human to another human

I believe this video destroys all your doubts!

Why are you silent now?

These things are untouchable because expensive

I swear we crave vegetables

In these pictures My sons , My nephews, nieces My sister's children

So PLEASE I ask your kind hearts to help meby DONATING or SHARING as much as u can

Your contribution means everything to us and in these difficult times

it won’t they can’t do that

the fact that it was Whitaker who found Robby. the fact that they made a point of showing that it could have been Santos who found Robby. Santos who has shown she is willing to go above someone's head if she thinks it's necessary. Santos who would have told someone - Dana, Abbot, someone - if she was the one to find Robby having a panic attack on the floor. she wouldn't have been crazy about it because she did go about reporting Langdon with tact and nuance (getting other ppls takes on Langdon and proof of drugs vanishing before she went to Robby!!) but she would have said something she would have mentioned something.

but instead it's Whitaker. who is empathetic, yes, and perhaps what he said was what Robby needed in the moment, what the ER needed in the moment, because they couldn't afford to have an attending tap out in the middle of a mass casualty event. but Whitaker is a young white man. a demographic the show has specifically pointed out is drowning in toxic masculinity. he is a young white man from Nebraska with multiple brothers, and it has been shown that he has the spirit but lacks the execution skills in terms of empathy and knowing what would be best for the patient holistically. so he says what he thinks Robby needs to hear, the long and short of which is put your emotions aside and get your head in the game, which the audience knows is not what Robby genuinely, actually needs in order to get better in the long term. and we see the direct results of that when after Robby stands he physically pushes Whitaker away. because that is what emotional unavailability does to men. it makes them reject each other in moments of weakness. like. the metaphor is so obvious and devastating. it's right there! he pushes him away! he pushes him away!! you think or maybe hope they're about to have a glorious heart to heart -- but Robby pushes him away, and so Whitaker leaves (with a nickname for Robby that, correct me if I'm wrong, is the first time we hear it; and he calls him captain. a military rank. which is. an insane decision from the writers. the military, which perpetuates toxic masculinity more than perhaps any other entity in the world). and Whitaker doesn't have the lack of respect for authority that Santos has, so when Robby comes to him later and says you won't tell anyone about this will you, he says no, I won't. where we have textual in-show evidence that Santos might have said no I won't and then gone to Dana or Abbot afterwards. and then Whitaker parrots Robby's horrendous, fumbling how do we deal with losing patients? push it down and never process it speech back at him. it's heartwarming! Robby smiles! and then you think about it a bit more and you just feel sick.

this is not an attack on Whitaker. I love him so much. it's just like. this is how the cycle of toxic masculinity is perpetuated. Whitaker isn't an asshole! he has buckets of empathy we have seen that! he is a bleeding heart! but it's still not enough. as a man he has been told his entire life to shut his emotions down and that vulnerability is to be avoided at all costs and he and Robby catch each other in a negative loop. the cycle is continued, unwittingly. GOD this show is so good

have lots to say about the new episode of the pitt but right now i'm just gonna stick with the fact i think whitaker being the one to find robby was such a good writing choice. had anyone else walked into that room, robby probably never would've gotten up. that could either be because he has too much history with them (langdon, dana, and abbot) or because they probably wouldn't be able to say the right words to say to get him off the floor for whatever reason (mel, javadi, mohan, and santos).

whitaker is the only person around who wouldn't make it personal or awkward. he knows what it means to fail when it is completely out of your control, and most importantly, he doesn't have the world's highest expectations of robby. yeah he respects him, but not because he's worked with robby forever or anything. he respects robby because robby is his attending and is clearly knowledgable, no more and no less. whitaker sees robby, one of the most competent people he knows, on the floor having a breakdown. he also sees the dozens of people outside who need treatment and drags robby back out with him, because like whitaker so plainly puts it, if robby doesn't get back out there, they're fucked. for him, it's that simple, and it wouldn't be that simple for anyone else, and what they needed in that moment was someone who'd robby the hell back out there as fast as possible while still validating his feelings, and that's exactly what whitaker could do.

(whitaker also sees the hospital and medical school and all that in a different light than the other characters. he's a first generation college student from the middle of nowhere, studied theology in undergrad, and doesn't have any family involved in medicine. this isn't as related to this post specifically but it's relevant because it makes his approaches to everything very different, which we often see)

Hello, where have you been, man or woman? I wanted to tell you that you are now reading this post, either at work, on your break, or with your family, having a good time. I don’t know, but what I want you to know is that I am now writing this post after I was (forced) to flee. Focus on my words. I was forced, under the intensity of the aerial and artillery bombardment, to flee from my home to another place. Why? (Just to search for safety). Imagine, just to stay safe. This will not end here, and I am also suffering from a lack of food and water. This is our life. It is truly difficult. What I am going through cannot be described, but rather lived. I mean in my words that no matter how much I write, say, document, or take videos and photos, it will not be enough to describe our situation. Therefore, my friend, I ask you to donate to me if you can, and if you cannot, and I truly appreciate everyone’s circumstances, just share. Maybe someone else who has the ability to donate will see this post and donate, so please donate.

I'm from Gaza... and I only dream of a life without hunger or fear

In Gaza, we do not live as other people do, but try to survive every day. The siege is getting harsher, the crossings are closed, and the aid is not up. But the worst thing now is that we are facing the specter of famine, where bakeries are closed and there is no longer bread for the majority of the population.

Imagine waking up every day not knowing if you would find food for you and your family. Imagine seeing children crying from hunger, and you can't do anything. This is not a scene from a tragic movie, but our daily reality.

It is no longer just bombing and destruction, but a slow war that suffocates us with hunger and disease. Electricity is cut off most of the time, water is not drinkable, and hospitals are without equipment or medicines. Our lives have become an endless series of struggle for the most basic rights: food, water, and medicine.

I am a young man from Gaza, looking for an opportunity to live away from this hell. I don't want to be just another number in the hunger and death statistics. I want a chance to work, to study, for the decent life that every human being deserves.

That's why I created this campaign, to gather support and be able to build a future outside this suffering. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a big difference. It can give me hope, it can be a reason for my survival.

Please don't leave us to face this fate alone. Help me get a chance for a life.

my most potent vision for a no dl6 is edgeworth ends up in a class at themis with kristoph gavin, who skipped a year, and it's the first time either of them experience the true hatred for their fellow man, the likes of which edgeworth has only felt the shadow of in heated forum arguments up to this point.

the critical lynchpin to this whole torture nexus is that edgeworth very much Could have skipped a grade himself and been freed of this indignity but greg nixed it back in 5th grade because he knew he needed to keep his emotionally underdeveloped nerd ass son in the same class as his 1.5 best friends or risk him being permanently incapable of basic human interactions. and he was right. but at what cost, edgeworth says. at what cost.

i do think this version of events inadvertently leads to a world where phoenix accidentally ends up as a 6 year old klavier's de facto babysitter because he's the only other person on the planet equally as interested in spending several evenings a week attending high school students' mock trials.

what i do also think happens is that kristoph comes out specifically after clocking phoenix's and edgeworth's whole Situation and instinctively realizing it will be at least 5 more years before edgeworth himself can clock it. this is his version of having fun in high school

I genuinely feel ashamed that all I can do is write words while more and more Arab people die - but momentum for fundraisers is one of very few things any of us can do at the moment

Please donate to the Sameer Project. They are doing amazing work on the ground. Try to do what you can. Sharing and donating as little as 5 dollars can culminate into a big difference. I have enough of a following to know that we can make a truly big difference if this didn’t simply go ignored bc people decided they’re bored now
