URGENT MEDS HELP 3/30/25

if u see this, we need $20 for food & $48 for my sister, April, meds that she MUST take to stay sane & healthy that shes been out of her meds 1 day. pls consider donating to a family of 2 kids and 5 disabled adults, four who are gay, grandma takes my SSI check as rent leaving us zilch and We have zero food the kids & us have no help irl if u wanna help us anything no matter how tiny helps us and if u wanna be an asshole? blocked

UPDATE 3/31/25: 0/68

NOTHING, no help in DAYS. April NEEDs her meds as she's been without 'em TWO DAYS and if she doesn't get them soon, she'll be going through bad withdrawal, if she does go too long without her meds she will prolly experience hallucinations or go into manic mood where she might engage in dangerous activities or relapse in her health. Also, kids need food.

From a dollar or 5, it counts and is greatly appreciated even reblogs are helpful. Please help whatever way you can. Imagine if you had all your money taken by an abusive cruel old woman and u had to beg for compassion online to get your sisters meds and food

i can feel im about to do something so m stupid but i just have to keep a lid on it until after this conference i hate being insane on work trips

The way the world treats us, the way we've been punished in every possible way since the beginning of our lives, and now they move us around like chess pieces. They wanted us there, then they wanted us to leave, then to stay, as if we have no will of our own. Can you imagine what that does to us, as the people of Gaza? As if we're not human beings. Some people romanticize our suffering, turning us into symbols or superheroes, while others see us as nothing, as objects to be moved from place to place. Can you imagine the impact of this on those who have physically survived this genocide? How we see ourselves?

How we see the way the world sees us? We are treated as everything except human beings.

My family are living now on the rubble of our destroyed house since they returned to northern Gaza without the minimum necessities of life, with no shelter or tent, without food or water! They just light a fire and gather around it to keep warm. Please don’t leave us alone with this suffering. This is not a human life and everyone has abandoned us and the people.

The planes in the sky above us are flying densely. They are preparing to seize their targets shortly, as usual. They are taking their daily share of lives, blood, and the bodies of children sleeping peacefully. We do not know who will be next. But now everyone is equal under the siege and starvation in the tents.

Northern Gaza has been starving for 2 months now

Please donate to the Sameer Project and Dahnoun Mutual Aid. Many NGOs and nonprofits have ceased operations in the north due to danger and lack of supplies — these are two Gazawi-led grassroots initiatives that buy food, water, clothes, and baby supplies in bulk to serve the most vulnerable people in their communities in the North at no cost.

last week two ambulances, a fire truck, a UN vehicle and around 16 rescue workers were dispatched to save people crushed under the rubble after a bombing in rafah (do you remember rafah? one of biden's red lines.) they disappeared, and due to israeli tanks nobody could enter the area and nobody knew what had happened to them.

a few days ago after the tanks left the vehicles were discovered crushed and buried under the sand, and one rescue worker's body was recovered. israel admitted to targeting them. and then yesterday the rest of the workers' bodies were recovered in a mass grave. one of the corpses had wire around one foot, indicating torture and interrogation, several handcuffed, all of them buried in their clearly marked uniforms and gloves.

cnn reported this story alongside like five other incidents of israel targeting humanitarian workers this past week to little outrage because the workers killed were palestinian and not international, and because israel has been regularly killing humanitarian workers.

but for the PRCS (the palestinian red crescent society), the same organization that hind rajab called desperately from her car around this time last year, one of the few that struggled to save lives throughout the war even when it got their workers killed by israeli forces, these are fathers, sons and loved ones who spent a genocide digging people out of rubble with no equipment and trying to save lives:

all of them were buried in a careless mass grave of rescue workers, found after a week of pleading from their loved ones and radio silence from their murderers and those who enable them.

Help Raghad's family evacuate Sudan!

Raghad El Niwairi has been fundraising tirelessly for over a year to help her family leave Sudan safely. The family has elderly and disabled members who are struggling with the immense strain of multiple displacements, as well as children and adolescents who are at particular risk of violence—including the possibility of being abducted as child soldiers.

Travel is expensive, and in addition to flight tickets and legal papers, the family also have continuing daily expenses for shelter, food, clothing, hygiene products, etc. Raghad and her family in Canada are already doing everything they can to provide for their Sudanese family, but conditions are becoming more dire by the day. Famine due to RSF crop burning is causing food prices to skyrocket, and Raghad's family are continuously fleeing from one displacement to the next. These are incredibly difficult conditions to live under; this family can't wait any longer. They urgently need the safety and stability that evacuation alone can provide.

This fundraiser has a very attainable goal of $25,000 CAD, and is just over halfway completed; let's get them over the finish line and out of harm's way. Donate and share now to get Raghad's family to safety.

This fundraiser was sent to me by one of Raghad's friends-of-friends, and I'm confident in its legitimacy and urgency. Feel free to DM me if you would like to get in touch with the family friend. More details in the GFM.

TOMORROW IS EID… BUT THIS YEAR, IT’S DIFFERENT

No decorations, NO SAFETY, no children’s laughter…

Because EID UNDER BOMBING is NOT a celebration.

BUT YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

With a SHARE, a PRAYER, or even a SMALL DONATION

You can help turn someone’s WAR DAY into a RAY OF HOPE.

BE THE MERCY in a time of pain.

BE THE LIGHT IN THE DARKEST MOMENTS IN OUR LIFE
