Pyrolysis of hydrocarbons is widely used method for production of light olefines -ethylene and propylene. Solution of the problem of by-product utilization is very important task for effective production organization. Now synthesis of oligomeric products (petropolymeric resins) is one of possible solutions of this problem. Petropolymeric resins are widely used in paint and varnish industry, pulp and paper plants, tire industry [1]. Urgency of oligomerization of pyrolysis liquid products is caused by prospect of replacement of heavy raw materials in the pyrolysis process by lighter ones. Another possible method of light olefine production using synthesis-gas is not rather developed. This way leads to critical decrease of pyrolysis liquid product amount as raw materials for petropolymeric resin production.
